West Cork is famous throughout the world for the amazing quality of its food – the region is full of small independent producers of high quality organic produce and is home to some of the best ‘farmers markets’ in the world.

MURPHY’S presents Cork X Southwest Music & Arts Festival 2011 will feature a Slow Food Village, offering delicious, healthy, hearty local produce from a select number of local artisans. No chip vans, no junk food.....just a feast for the senses, with healthy local fresh food showcasing the very best produce that West Cork has to offer.

This is just a selection of what will be on offer to tantalise the taste buds this year; organic burgers, BBQ chicken and steak, organic sausages, roast pork, wood fired artisan pizzas, sushi, samosas, sambusak, falafel, vegetarian food, Thai curries, chilli’s, stir-fries and for those with a sweet tooth we have ice creams, waffles, Baklava, homemade Fudge and sweets, Turkish Delight and homemade cakes and pastries.
